TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 24th day of May, 2024, an Application for Decree of Distribution of Real Property was filed with the above named court. The application will be considered immediately upon conclusion of the publication of this notice. Objections, if any, should be filed in the above named court.
1. TRACY L. ELLER died on the 3RD day of January, 2024 leaving an estate which is claimed to be less than $200,000 in value.
2. That FRANCES E. ELLER is the claiming distribute of the estate and is the mother of the deceased.

3. That the real property to be distributed is the decedents interest in the following property:
LOT 7, BLOCK 4, ORIGINAL TOWN OF GLENDO, PLATTE COUNTY, WYOMING AND
That part of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 4, Township 29 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Town of Glendo, Platte County, Wyoming, also being a part of that 3.21 acre tract of land described in deed recorded in Book 199, page 284 in the records of Platte County and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 16 in the Wilson Addition to the Town of Glendo as said addition is platted and filed in the records of Platte County; thence North, along the west boundary line of said 3.21 acre tract, a distance of 256.0 feet; thence East, a distance of 90.0 feet to the east boundary line of said 3.21 acre tract; thence South, along said east line, a distance of 291.4 feet to a point on the northerly boundary line of said Lot 8; thence North 68 32’ West, along said northerly line, a distance of 96.7 feet to the Point of Beginning.
