Public Notice of Petition for De-annexation
Of Property from the Town of Chugwater
Due to a map error, the following notice replaces the previous announcement of a petition for de-annexation. Only the properties of the three parcels described in the map are included in the de-annexation petition.
Notice is hereby given that the land owners of approximately 173 acres of unplatted agricultural land containing three private home sites within the present boundaries of the Town of Chugwater, Wyoming have filed a petition to the Town of Chugwater and the Platte County Wyoming Board of Commissioners for de-annexation of their property from the Town of Chugwater and that the boundaries of the town be redrawn to exclude said property as shown in the attached map. The petition is on file in the Platte County Clerk’s Office, 800 Ninth Street, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201.
