WHEATLAND – Wyoming State Art Guild donated two books to the Platte County Library featuring quilting. The funds to purchase the books came from a year-long “opportunity quilt” raffle in which a quilt is displayed across the state and raffle tickets are sold for the opportunity to win. This year, Wheatland crafter Candy Anderson held the winning ticket. Classes were geared for a variety of quilters, from beginners on up.
