GRANTING SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 15, 2024, Larry L. Wickam filed an Application for Decree Granting Summary Distribution of Real Property (“Application”) to the above-named Court seeking to distribute any real property interests of Karen J. Laursen (“Decedent”). The real property is situated in Platte County, Wyoming described as follows:
The East 34 Feet 6 Inches of Lot 2 and the West 10 Feet of Lot 3, Block 3 Black Mountain Village, Filing No. 1, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming
More commonly known as 2350 W Johnston Ave., Wheatland, WY 82201 (hereinafter “the Property”).
Any persons having an interest in the above estate are hereby given notice that such Application is pending and if an objection is filed within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, the above-named Court shall set the matter for a hearing, after which the Court shall enter an order either denying or granting the Application. If no objection is filed within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, the above-named Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the above-described real property to Larry L. Wickam.
