INVITATION FOR BIDS
COUNTY OF PLATTE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Platte will be accepting sealed bid proposals for the construction of a handicap parking lot at the County Courthouse. Bids will be accepted through 5:00 PM on the 15th day of April 2024 and shall be delivered before that date and time to the Office of the County Clerk at 800 9th Street, Wheatland in order to be considered. The aforementioned bids shall be opened, and read aloud, at the Board of County Commissioners meeting on the 16th day of April 2024 at the hour of 9:15 AM. Complete digital copies of the bidding documents are available by contacting the Platte County Clerk’s Office at 800 9th Street, or by calling (307)322-2315 or by emailing pcclerk@plattecountywyoming.com. Work is required to be completed prior to August 1, 2024. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for a 5% bid bond, satisfactory performance bond, and payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the accepted bid. The County of Platte reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities in the building process. Provisions of Wyo. Stat. § 15-1-113, incorporated by reference, are made an express part of the Contract Documents.
