DECREE OF SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY

PLEASE BE ADVISED that Gary Miller (Petitioner) has filed an Application with the above Court for a Decree of Summary Distribution of any and all real and personal property of Cecil Miller, decedent, including an interest in real property located within Platte County, Wyoming, as more particularly described as follows:
Sunny Lane, Lots 3, 4, 5 except the S6´ of Lot 5
Street Address:  1105 Front Street, Wheatland, Wyoming
Cecil Miller’s interest in the property to be distributed by the Court to Gary Miller pursuant to Cecil Miller’s Last Will and Testament, dated May 27, 2014.
Said Application is on file with the Office of the Clerk of the District Court of Platte County in Wheatland, Wyoming, and may be reviewed by any interested person.  Immediately following the second publication of this Notice, the Court shall be requested to consider the Application and enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
