NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 18th, 2019 at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider: A request by Joe Johnson Co & Scissors Ranch Co on behalf of Srah Walton & Crystal Hershey, have applied for a Special Use Permit to operate a Christian School House. According to Wheatland Municipal Code any schools operating in a residential district requires a Special Use Permit. The concerned property is described as 97 14th Street – Lots 1-4, Block 5, Hilltop Addition. Any person interested in the approval or rejection of such request may appear and be heard on July 18, 2019 or file with the Joint Planning Office a written statement of approval or disapproval.
