Tax Cancellations: Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mr. Shockley, to approve the tax refund for tax years 2017 and 2018 for David & Karla Bradley in the amount of $404.46 due an incorrect land classification. The motion carried. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mr. Shockley to approve the tax cancellation for tax year 2018 for Ernest & Beth Douglas in the amount of $4,157.39 due to a clerical error. The motion carried. Road & Bridge: Superintendent Angle presented two encroachment licenses from Eighty-Eight Oil off Tank Farm for approval. Mr. Angle also spoke about recent flooding effecting county roads. The Commissioners then spoke with Superintendent Angle about his budget requests for the next fiscal year. Planning & Zoning: Clerk Ervin presented three building certificates for approval from Christina Littell, Daniel Young, and True Ranches, LLC for approval. Public Health: The Commissioners spoke with Nicole Sticka, County Nurse Manager, about her budget requests for the next fiscal year. Ag. Extension: The Commissioners spoke to Julie Balzan about her budget requests for the next fiscal year. Disclosure Statements for Public Record: In accordance with W.S. §6-5-118, Kristi Rietz, Platte County Treasurer, and Malcolm Ervin, Platte County Clerk, do publicly disclose that they have personal accounts with First State Bank in Wheatland, WY, which is a financial institution utilized by Platte County for investments. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mr. Shockley, to approve an agreement between Platte County and Natrona County to continue housing juvenile offenders at the Natrona County Juvenile Detention Center.
