NOTICE OF AMENDED APPLICATION
FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Fredrick C. Nicholson died intestate on the 28th day of October, 2018, in Glendo, Platte County, Wyoming, leaving as his sole heir at law Sharon Kirts.
That on the 18th day of March, 2019, the aforementioned heir filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205; that newly discovered real property caused the heir to file an Amended Application For Decree of Distribution on the 15th of May, 2019, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real and personal property as follows:
Lot 2, Block 5 in the Addition to the Town of Glendo, Platte County, Wyoming; Lots 18 and 19, Block 1, Fee’s Addition to the City of Laramie, situated in County of Albany, State of Wyoming; 1999 Schultz mobile home VIN P292241 (together with all contents); Suzuki VIN JS3TD62V0Y4103308, Converse County Bank Account No. ***8990 unto Sharon Kirts.
That said Amended Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:00 a.m. on the 10th day of July, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE AMENDED APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE AMENDED APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the application filed herein.
