Wheatland’s Delilah Grace Estrada, 7 months old, won Wyoming’s Most Beautiful Baby contest in Casper on July 21. Her parents are Brandie Pierce and Jon-karl Estrada, of Wheatland. Pierce reports Delilah was a high point winner with unanimous votes from the judges. In addition to the coveted title, Delilah was presented a trophy and $500 scholarship, as well as a medal for prettiest smile.
