A Group picture of the fourth-graders from Wheatland’s West Elementary was taken for the annual Arbor Day Celebration on April 10. Wheatland Mayor Brandon Graves issued an Arbor Day proclamation, read to the fourth-graders at West Elementary School. Standing with Graves is town of Wheatland’s Arbor Day representative Bobby Day and principal Tom Waring.
