A Grand Teton National Park rotary plow driver latches the gate shut at the intersection of Ditch Creek Road and the East Boundary Road on Thursday afternoon before plowing access for Shadow Mountain residents. The road, like Highway 26/89/191, had been closed for several days due to heavy drifting snow.
