Genia Vineyard of Simply Creative, a retail flower shop and boutique in downtown Wheatland, recently returned from a “by invitation only” mastermind retail summit in Kansas. Simply Creative was the only one invited to present from Wyoming.

Vineyard was both a presenter and a participant of the conference, which included book writer Lee Cockerell of Disney, and Jon Shallard, a speaker who teaches businesses to become a destination business.
Vineyard joined a group of progressive retailers from across the country who presented topics including social media and leadership. She grew her business from a small craft store to the boutique, flower and gift shop that it is today, occupying two storefronts in downtown Wheatland.
