Tonia Lee Hack, 48, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18 in Wheatland.
Tonia Hack was born Sept. 13, 1970 in Denver, Colo. the daughter of Johan and Pamela (Toadvyn) Stokvis.
Tonia is survived by her loving husband, Glen Hack of Wheatland; mother-in-law, Emily Hack of Arvada, Colo.; father, Johan “Jeff” (Mary Lou Chapla-Stokvis) Stokvis of Arvada Colo.; mother, Pamela Stokvis of Denver, Colo.; siblings, Michelle and Jeffrey Stokvis both of Arvada, Colo.; niece, Jauton Bender of Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her loving son, Saige Hack.
The Gorman Funeral Homes – Platte Chapel of Wheatland are in charge of the arrangements.
