Cole Goertz and Lily Nichols were elected the Wheatland High School semi-formal Snowball which was originally set for February 4 but due to weather, the event was postponed and held on Feb. 18. The event was held from 9 p.m. – Midnight at the Old Junior High and there was a $7 entry fee. All proceeds went to the Make-A-Wish foundation and although all the money is not completely counted, there is at this time an estimate of over $5K raised for the kids.
