Special Olympics Wyoming asked and Wyomingites answered

For the Record-Times

WYOMING – THANK YOU WYOMING knitters and crocheters. We put out the request for 250 scarves to be donated and you certainly answered as we’ve received over 500. This means every athlete, coach, official, volunteer and family member will receive a handmade scarf at the 2019 Winter Games in Jackson. What a great show of unity it will be.
If you’re currently making scarves to donate, we’ll still accept them. Scarves should be sent to: Special Olympics Wyoming, Attn: Scarf Project, P.O. Box 624, Jackson, Wyoming 83001. However, please do not start any new ones for this year. We’ll be announcing new colors for the 2020 Winter Games soon.
