A celebration of life for Richard Lee Anderson, 28, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 at the First State Bank Conference Center in Wheatland.
Richard Anderson passed away Monday, August 5 near Wheatland.
Richard was born July 11, 1991 in Cheyenne the son of Richard Lee and Patricia (Burke) Anderson.
