NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 02/11/2013 executed and delivered by Lonnie Branum to Citibank, N.A. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Lonnie Branum and Kathy Branum (the "Mortgagors"), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Citibank, N.A., and which Mortgage was recorded on 02/21/2013, as Instr. No. 608522 Book 478 Page 672 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Platte County, State of Wyoming; and

Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot 1; thence Westerly along the South line of Lot 1, a
distance of 138 feet to a point on the East line of a Utility Easement; thence North 05 degrees
With an address of : 418 W 5th St Glendo, WY 82213.
WHEREAS, the property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes Section 34-4-109(2003) that the
foreclosure sale scheduled for 10:00 in the forenoon on 07/06/2017 at the Platte County Courthouse located at 800 9th St., Wheatland, Platte County, State of Wyoming, has been postponed to 10:00 in the forenoon on 07/27/2017 at Platte County Courthouse located at 800 9th St., Wheatland, Platte County, State of Wyoming.
