NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WHEATLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider:
A request by Platte County Economic Development to continue renting the upstairs and basement apartments at 851 Gilchrist Street, Wheatland, WY, which is located in a General Business zoning district. Granting of this request would be a continuation of Special Use Permit 12-04. The concerned property is described as the east 28’ of lots 6-10, Block 66, Original Town of Wheatland, located in Section 13, Township 24 North, Range 68 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of such request may appear and be heard or file with the Joint Planning Office a written statement of approval or disapproval. Questions may be answered by calling 307-269-0513.
