HEAR YE HEAR YE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN -1251 Cole Street, LLC, has filed an application to the Board of Adjustment for a variance to allow a Conservancy District to operate as a General Business District until a rezone application can be approved, located in part of the NE4NW4, of Section 24, Township 24 North, Range 68 West, 1251 Cole Street, Wheatland, WY 82201. PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Wheatland Board of Adjustment on June 20th, 2023, at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in the Town Hall Council Chamber at 600 9th Street, Wheatland, WY.
