You are hereby notified that on the 10th day of May, 2023, an Affidavit and Application for Decree of Distribution was filed as Probate No. 2023-13, in the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, Wyoming, pertaining to real property located at 1053 Spruce Street, Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming. In the Application, Deborah J. Kimura and Jason Kimura claim the property owned by the Decedent. Any action to set aside the Application must be filed in the above Court within thirty days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
