NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF
DISTRIBUTION UNDER W.S. § 2-1-205
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Application for Decree of Distribution Under W.S. § 2-1-205 has been filed in the above-named Court alleging that Russell Thomas Wheeler, at the time of his death, owned the following described real property located in Platte County, Wyoming:
Lot 8, Block 80, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming,
along with various bank accounts, and requesting that the real property and bank accounts be distributed equally between his children, Sandra Krecisz and Timothy Wheeler. Any objection to said Application must be filed in said Court within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication or within twenty (20) days after the mailing required by W.S. § 2-1-205(d), whichever is later. If no timely objections are filed, the Court shall enter the requested Decree establishing the right and title to said property.
