UNAPPROVED RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS FOR THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
TOWN OF WHEATLAND A special meeting of the Council for the Town of Wheatland, Platte County, and State of Wyoming was held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 pursuant to the law.
Mayor Pro-Tem Madsen called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. The following were present at roll call: Councilman Allison and Montoya. Clerk/Treasurer Candy Wright was also present.
Councilman Montoya motioned, seconded by Councilman Madsen, to accept the agenda as presented. Motion passed 3-0. Councilman Montoya motioned, seconded by Councilman Allison, to accept the proposal from Civil Engineering Professionals, Inc. for professional services for the replacement water storage tank in Black Mountain. Motion Passed 3-0. Councilman Allison motioned, seconded by Councilman Montoya, to approve Resolution #03-2023 A Resolution Authorizing Submission of a Local Government Project ARPA Grant Application to the State Loan and Investment Board on Behalf of the Government Body for the Black Mountain Water Storage Tank Replacement Design.
