NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST ASSETS AND NOTICE TO
CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that Jack J. McQuisten died on April 30, 2016, and Catherine G. McQuisten died on November 8, 2022 in Platte County, Wyoming. On the date of their deaths, Jack J. McQuisten and Catherine G. McQuisten were Trustees of the McQuisten Family Revocable Living Trust dated April 10, 2015. As a result of their deaths Julie Anne Henion and Cynthia K. Guy accepted the role as Co-successor trustees of the McQuisten Family Revocable Living Trust dated April 10, 2015 . Notice is further given that upon the expiration of one hundred twenty (120) days after the first date of publication of this notice, the herein-named Co-Successor Trustees intend to have the property of McQuisten Family Revocable Living Trust distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trusts. Notice is further given that creditors having claims against the Trust, are required to file a claim in writing with the herein-named Co-Successor Trustees of McQuisten Family Revocable Living Trust dated April 10, 2015, in care of Douglas W. Weaver P.O. Box 219, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201, or shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the McQuisten Family Revocable Living Trust dated April 10, 2015 or the distribution by the herein-named Co-Successor Trustees on or before one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of first publication of this notice. If such claims are not filed, or if such judicial proceeding is not commenced, within 120 days of the first publication of this notice, such creditors or persons will be forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the McQuisten Family Revocable Living Trust dated April 10, 2015 or commencing any judicial proceeding against the Trust or, the Co-Successor Trustees, or the assets of the McQuisten Family Revocable Living Trust dated April 10, 2015 pursuant to W.S. § 4-10-507 and W.S. § 4-10-604.
