NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST ASSETS AND NOTICE TO
CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that Lena M. Dawson died on June 13, 2022 and Huey Allen Dawson died on November 9, 2022 in Platte County, Wyoming. On the date of their deaths, Lena M. Dawson and Huey Allen Dawson were Trustees of the Dawson Family Trust dated August 29, 2013. As a result of their deaths Dale Ray Dawson and William Jackson Dawson accepted the role as Co-successor trustees of the Dawson Family Trust dated August 29, 2013. Notice is further given that upon the expiration of one hundred twenty (120) days after the first date of publication of this notice, the herein-named Co-Successor Trustees intend to have the property of Dawson Family Trust distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trust. Notice is further given that creditors having claims against the Trust, are required to file a claim in writing with the herein-named Co-Successor Trustees of the Dawson Family Trust dated August 29, 2013, in care of Douglas W. Weaver P.O. Box 219, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201, or shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Dawson Family Trust dated August 29, 2013, or the distribution by the herein-named Co-Successor Trustees on or before one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of first publication of this notice. If such claims are not filed, or if such judicial proceeding is not commenced, within 120 days of the first publication of this notice, such creditors or persons will be forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Dawson Family Trust dated August 29, 2013 or commencing any judicial proceeding against the Trust or, the Co-Successor Trustees, or the assets of the Dawson Family Trust dated August 29, 2013 pursuant to W.S. § 4-10-507 and W.S. § 4-10-604.
