Pursuant to W.S. §4-10-507:
1. Phyllis M. Thalken (the Decedent) died on the 26th day of October, 2022, a resident of Platte County, Wyoming.
2. The Decedent created the Thalken Family Trust dated August 12, 2014.
3. Kathryn A. Watson is Successor Trustee of said trust.
4. The Successor Trustee of said trust hereby publishes notice of her intent to distribute the assets of the Settlor as permitted under the terms of the trust.
5. Creditors have 120 days from the first publication of this notice to contact the trust or make claims against the assets of the trust. Claims should be addressed to the Trustee of the Thalken Family Trust dated August 12, 2014, in care of Cook and Associates, P.C., P.O. Box 1345, Laramie, WY 82073. Creditor claims not filed within 120 days of the first publication are forever prohibited.
