NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Alice M. Woolsey, died on the 3rd day of January, 2021, at Platte, Wyoming; leaving George Woolsey Jr. as her sole heir and distributee.
That on the 10th day of November, 2022, the aforementioned distributee filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real property located in Albany County, Wyoming, as follows:
Undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest in the following described real property
Township 25 North, Range 73 West of the 6th P.M., Albany County, State of Wyoming:
Section 21: E½SE¼
Section 22: NW¼SW¼, SE¼NW¼, S½NE¼
Section 28: NE¼NE¼, S½SW¼
Unto George Woolsey, Jr.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:30 A.M. on the 12th day of December, 2022, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
