TO: Patrick Hite, Arthur L. Hultman and Audrey L. Hultman whose last known address was 71 Antelope Drive, Wheatland, Wyoming, take notice:
On July 10, 2018, Julian G. Stovall purchased Lot 18, Y-O Mobile Home Subdivision, Platte County, Wyoming, for a delinquent street assessment which was treated as a sale for delinquent taxes assessed and taxed for the year 2017. The property was taxed in the name of Arthur L. Hultman and Audrey L. Hultman. The time for redemption will expire July 10, 2022.
Julian G. Stovall will make application for a treasurer’s decd on December 7, 2022.
