NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following groundwater application has been received in the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising, this application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board.
EARTH WORK SOLUTIONS: Temporary Filing Number U.W. 46-8-172, EL RANCHO WELL NO 1, is an application for temporary miscellaneous use (highway construction). The well will be located in T27N, R68W, Section 32, SESW, and will be approximately 380 feet deep. Water will be produced at a rate of up to 150 gallons per minute, with a total volumetric quantity of water used of 12.28 acre-feet per calendar year.
Any objections to the granting of the above must be made in writing to the State Engineer’s Office, Ground Water Division, 122 West 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne, WY 82002, within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice.
