NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF William J. Britton, a/k/a William Jess Britton, deceased:
On the 5th day of August, 2022, an application was made by Holly Lara for the summary distribultion of the estate of said deceased under the provisions of the Wyoming Probate Code, in the District Court of Platte County, requesting a Decree of Summary Distribution, according to the prayer of said Application, for the property therein described.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that said Decree shall be presented to the Court on the 12th day of September, 2022. Persons wishing to file claims against the estate or object to said Application must do so in writing filed witht the Clerk of the above Court, whose address is P.O. Box 158, Wheatland, WY 82201, on or before said presentation.
