NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Dale and Donna Dawson have filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to create one approximately 8-acre parcel located in part of the NW4 of Section 1, Township 24 North, Range 68 West, Platte County, Wyoming and zone Class I Residential. Public hearings for this request will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 7 PM at Town Hall located at 600 9th Street, Wheatland, WY and the County Commissioners on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 10 AM in the conference room in the Coleman Building at 718 9th Street, Wheatland, WY.
