NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
Danny J. Hofer, a/k/a Danny Jay Hofer died on the 23rd day of May, 2021, at Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming; leaving Rosemarie Hofer as his sole distributee.
On the 7th day of April, 2022, the aforementioned distributee filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest in and to the following described real property unto Rosemarie Hofer:
The West 75 feet of Lots 22, 23 and 24, Block 8, Town of Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming
Said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:00a.m. on the 12th day of May, 2022, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
