NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST

Tony R. Testolin, as Successor Trustee of the Anthony D. Testolin Revocable Trust dated September 25, 2020 (the “Trust”), hereby gives notice pursuant to W.S. § 4-10-507(a)(ii) that he intends to have the property of the Trust irrevocably distributed, as permitted under the terms of the Trust, following one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and they state as follows:

1. On September 25, 2020, Anthony D. Testolin, in his capacity as Settlor, created the Trust.

2. Anthony D. Testolin died on April 5, 2022, in Wheatland, Wyoming.  At the time of Anthony D. Testolin’s death, the Trust was in existence and assets were held therein.

3. The name and address of the Successor Trustee of the Trust is Tony R. Testolin, c/o Crowley Fleck PLLP, P.O. Box 394, Cheyenne, WY 82003.

4. Any creditor of Anthony D. Testolin, or his Estate, or the Trust, shall make all claims against him, his Estate, or the Trust, to the Trustee at the above address.

5. The time allowed for filing a creditor’s claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or the proposed distribution of the Trust assets by the Trustee is one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice.  All such claims must be received by the Trustee on or before said date.

6. For any creditor failing to file a claim or any creditor or person failing to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or the Trustee’s proposed distribution of the Trust assets by or within the times provided herein is forever prohibited from making any claim against Anthony D. Testolin, the Trust, or the assets of the Trust or from commencing any judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust.
