SUMMARY DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 18th day of March, 2022, the following filed a Verified Application for Summary Decree of Distribution pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-205 relating to certain real property identified as Lot 8, Block 194, North Addition of the Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming, more commonly referred to as 1304 16th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201: Kenneth L. Stofflet, Lleann E. Canaday, Brandi Peterson, Amanda Pandullo, Rochelle Haynes, Melinda Schuster, Amber Rash, and Robert Bullock. Any objection to the distribution of said property shall be filed in the Court within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the Decedent or to his Estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at Dave Ditto Law, 2625 Wildhorse Tr., Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82009.
Creditors having claims or objections are required to file such claims in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of said Court before the expiration of the later of twenty (20) days after receipt of notice of the Application by mail, or thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this notice; and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
