NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Y-O RANCH IMPROVEMENT & SERVICE DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Wyoming State Statute §18-12-117, that a public hearing will be held by the Y-O Ranch Improvement & Service District Board of Directors (“Board”) on the 14th day of April 2022 at 6:00 PM. This hearing will be held at the First State Bank Conference Center at 1405 16th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201. The Board declared an intent to collect a special assessment upon all landowners of the Y-O Ranch Service & Improving District for the purpose of operations and maintenance of existing paved roads. This special assessment would be in the amount of $2.13 per foot of frontage along Y-O Ranch ISD roads. In addition, the Board declared an intent to collect an additional special assessment upon the landowners of Y-O Ranch Mobile Home Subdivision No. 2 for the purpose upgrading Coyote Road. This additional assessment would only be upon the landowners in mobile home subdivision no. 2 and would be in the amount of $1.05 per foot of frontage along Coyote Road. The assessment, if approved by the Board and the County Commissioners, will be due on November 10, 2022, and May 10, 2023. Maps, estimates and schedules showing approximate amounts to be assessed and all resolutions and proceedings are on file and may be seen or examined in the office of the County Clerk, which is currently located at 2020 South Street in Wheatland. All complaints and objections will be heard by the Y-O Ranch Improvement & Service District Board on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 6:00 PM at the First State Bank Conference Center (1405 16th Street, Wheatland). If the Board decides to approve that assessment, the County Commissioners will consider final approval on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 9:30 AM at the Coleman Building (718 9th Street, Wheatland).
