OF DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that on the 8th day of February, 2022, an Application for Decree of Distribution of Real Property was filed with the above named court. The application will be considered immediately upon conclusion of the publication of this notice, objections, if any, should be filed in the above named court.

1. Jefferson E. Vore, Jr. died on the 26th day of August, 2009 leaving an estate which is claimed to be less than $200,000 in value.

2. That Wendy G. Vore is the claiming distribute of the estate and is the wife of the deceased.

3. That the real property to be distributed is the decedents interest in the following property:

LOT 5, BLOCK 5, ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF GLENDO, PLATTE COUNTY, WYOMING
