Liquor Permits: Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mrs. Mantle, to approve out-of-jurisdiction liquor permits as presented. The motion carried. Roy Hit Farm Subdivision: Planner Clark presented the final plat for the Roy Hit Farm Subdivision for approval. Chairman Shockley signed the plat.Bid Opening: The Commissioners opened sealed bids for three vehicles. The vehicles for sale were advertised for sale in the Record Times, on the County website and County Facebook page. Mrs. Mantle motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to accept a bid from Hunter Call for a blue 1984 blue Chevy C20 pickup for $2,020.00. The motion carried. Mrs. Mantle motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to accept a bid to Allen Bennett for a 2000 Ford F150 for $750.00. The motion carried. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mrs. Mantle, to accept a bid from Toby Foland for a 1992 Ford F150 for $750.00. The motion carried. County Treasurer: Kristi Rietz, County Treasurer, presented the financial position of the County as of November 30, 2021. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statute §18-4-106, Treasurer Rietz presented warrants that had been cancelled. The following warrants were issued for more than twelve months and remained unpaid: 123108 to Microsoft in the sum of $7.50; 146291 to Mayo Clinic Women's Health Source in the sum of $27.00; 154830 to Qwest in the sum of $36.68; 166715 to Trinity Testing Solutions in the sum of $670.00; 169584 to Jamie Hunter in the sum of $8.22; 169832 to Federal Bar CLE – Mylawcle LLC in the sum of $195.00; 169944 to Relentless LLC – Desert Snow in the sum of $1,797.00. Any person holding any of the warrants mentioned above may apply to the board of County Commissioners by the first Monday of December 2026 and a new warrant in the same amount will be issued. Road & Bridge: Superintendent Beal Angle updated the Commissioners of recent projects his department has undertaken including snow removal for a recent storm. Encroachment License: Superintendent Angle presented an encroachment license request for approval from PRG Terminals. Resolution #2021-18: Clerk Ervin presented a corrected Resolution #2021-18. Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mrs. Mantle, to approve Resolution #2021-18 with the corrected meeting dates for February 2022. Resolution #2021-19: Mrs. Mantle motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve Resolution #2021-19 concerning PCards. The motion carried. Courthouse Renovation Project: Clerk Ervin presented updates to the Courthouse renovation. Demolition of the basement has commenced, and the Commissioners are awaiting a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project. Fair Board: The Commissioners chose to extend the deadline for applications for the Fair Board position until Friday, January 14th. Applications for the position can be obtained, and returned, to the Office of the County Clerk. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at approximately 11:00 A.M.
