NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Carolyn Laffitte has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to divide approximately 20-acres into two parcels over 5-acres located within one mile of town limits located at 4829 Palmer Canyon Road, in the E1/2SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 15, T24N, R68W, Platte County, Wheatland, Wyoming. Public hearings for this request will be held by the Town of Wheatland Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 5:30 pm and Wheatland Town Council on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 600 9th St. Wheatland, Wyoming; and Platte County Planning and Zoning on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 6 PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 600 9th Street, Wheatland, WY and by the County Commissioners on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 10 AM in the conference room located in the Coleman Building located at 718 9th Street, Wheatland, WY.
