NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF A RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of August 2021, Big D Holdings LLC filed an application for transfer of a Retail Liquor License from Smitty’s Lanes LLC (dba Smitty’s Lanes), in the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Wheatland, Wyoming. The premise is described as follows:
Located at 101 16th Street, Town of Wheatland, Wyoming – Zoned: Highway Business
PROTESTS, if any there be, against the transfer of such license will be heard during a public hearing of the Town Council at 7:30 P.M. on Monday, the 9th day of August 2021 in the Council Chambers of Wheatland Town Hall, Wheatland, Wyoming.
