NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Karen Marie Wright, a/k/a Karen M. Wright died on the 9th day of March, 2021, at Natrona County, Wyoming; leaving Jason S. Wright and Josette L. Hackett as her sole heirs and distributees.
That on the 8th day of July, 2021, Jason S. Wright and Josette L. Hackett, the aforementioned heirs, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s personal property and her interest in and to the following described real and personal property located in Platte County, Wyoming, as follows:
• Hilltop Addition, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming
Block 3: The North 15 feet of Lot 1, all of Lot 2, the South 12½ feet of Lot 3,
• .0025 interest in East Tisdale, Lease # WYW01641 and all of her mineral interests in the following described property:
Township 41 North, Range 81, West of the 6th P.M., Johnson County, Wyoming
Section 23: N½SW¼
• IRS Refund Check
unto Jason S. Wright and Josette L. Hackett in equal undivided shares, share and share alike
That said Application has been set for hearing before the District Court, Converse County, at 107 North 5th, Douglas, WY 82633 at 8:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of August, 2021, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
