ORDER FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON AMENDED BUDGET
The Commissioners of the Wheatland Irrigation District of Wheatland, Wyoming, have filed on the 7th day of July, 2021, their Petition for Adjudication of the Second Amended Current Expense Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The Court has now examined said petition and does find that the same should be set down for hearing as provided by law.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Petition for Adjudication of the Second Amended Current Expense Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, of the Wheatland Irrigation District, is hereby set down for hearing and examination by the Court at the hour of 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at the Courtroom in the Courthouse in the Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming, when and where any person who has filed an objection may appear and be heard thereon; and that a copy of this Order shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Platte County, Wyoming on or before Friday, July 16, 2021. Objections must be filed in writing with the Clerk of the District Court on or before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2021, with copies sent to the Wheatland Irrigation District, P.O. Box 727, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201, or they will not be considered by the Court.
