Dave Coleman has filed a request to Re-plat Tracts 42-45 of Lakeshore Tracts located in the NW4 of Section 14 of T29N, R68W, Platte County, Wyoming. A public hearing for this request will be held by Platte County Planning and Zoning on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 7 PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 600 9th Street, Wheatland, WY and by the County Commissioners on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 10 AM in the conference room located in the County Attorney’s Office inside the Coleman Building located at 718 9th Street, Wheatland, WY. Any person(s) interested in having their opinions heard should attend the public hearings or email planner@plattecountywyoming.com
