Sampson Construction, serving as the construction manager for the renovation and addition to the Platte County Courthouse, is seeking subcontractor interest in the project. Construction documents will be available June 14th, and bids are due June 30th at 2pm. A non-mandatory building walkthrough is available on June 17th from 1-2pm. All bids are to be submitted electronically to estimating@sampson-construction.com. A virtual bid opening will conducted June 30th at 3pm with the information below.
