NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
Juanita Louise Hall, a/k/a Juanita L. Hall died on the 9th day of August 2020, at Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming; leaving Walter L. Hall, Earl E. Hall, Ellen E. Gilbert and Laura L. Hall as her heirs and distributees.
On the 8th day of March, 2021, the aforementioned distributees filed, in the District Court of the Second Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest in and to the following described real property unto Walter L. Hall, Earl E. Hall, Ellen E. Gilbert and Laura L. Hall:
Lot 28, Block 13, Black Mountain Village, Filing No. 1, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming. 1984 24x48 Woodland mobile home, Serial No. 4248545147A and 4248545147B.
Subject to a Mortgage recorded on August 1, 2014 as instrument no. 622788, in book 489, page 689, of the records of the Clerk for Platte County, Wyoming. Subject to a State of Wyoming Lien for Medical Assistance, recorded on January 11, 2021 as instrument no. 685611 in book 541, page 11, of the records of the Clerk for Platte County, Wyoming.
Said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:00a.m. on the 14th day of June, 2021, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
