You are hereby notified that Darlene J. Hoffman created the Darlene J. Hoffman Living Trust, dated 11/23/2009. The Successor Trustee’s name and address is Brian L. Kahler, c/o Nicholas & Tangeman at the address below. The Trustee intends to distribute the property of the Trust as permitted under the terms of the Trust. Any creditor shall make a claim in writing to the Trustee. Time allowed for commencing a proceeding to contest the validity of a trust or of the proposed distribution of the trustee is one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of this notice.
