NOTICE OF INTENT OF SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEES TO DISTRIBUTE THE ASSETS OF THE NEDALYN D. TESTOLIN REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT
Lael C. Good and Conilee Swantek, Successor Co-Trustees of the Nedalyn D. Testolin Revocable Trust Agreement Dated September 23, 2020 (hereinafter “Trust”), give notice pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 4-10-506, 4-10-507 and 4-10-604 that as Successor Co-Trustees they intend to have the property of Trust distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trust one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of the second publication of this notice.
1. Nedalyn D. Testolin passed away in Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming on January 12, 2021 and was at her death a resident of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming.
2. At the time of Nedalyn D. Testolin’s death, a Trust was in existence known as the Nedalyn D. Testolin Revocable Trust Agreement Dated September 23, 2020.
3. The names and addresses of the Successor Co-Trustees are as follows:

4. The time allowed for filing a claim against the assets of the Trust or commencing a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or of the proposed distribution by the Successor Co-Trustees of Trust assets is one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the second publication of this notice.
5. A creditor of Nedalyn D. Testolin, her estate or the Trust, shall make all claims against Nedalyn D. Testolin, her estate or the Trust, in writing, to the Successor Co-Trustees at the above addresses. All such claims shall be received by Successor Co-Trustees on or before said date.
6. A creditor failing to file a claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust or of the proposed distribution by the Successor Co-Trustees of Trust assets within the times provided is forever prohibited from making any claim against the settlor, the Trust, or commencing any judicial proceeding with respect to the Trust.
