PLATTE COUNTY GROUNDWATER CONTROL AREA ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
The Platte County Groundwater Control Area Advisory Board will hold a virtual meeting via Google Meet on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. to discuss and offer recommendations to the State Engineer on a groundwater application from Joseph Irwin (Temporary Filing Number 45-3-369, the Enl. Kendig Irrigation #2 Well), and petitions from the Towns of Wheatland ( Docket No. I-U-2019-3-2) and Guernsey (Docket No. I-U-2019-2-3). The Board will also be asked to nominate a candidate to replace the vacant board position representing District 3, compliant with W.S. 41-3-913(e).
