NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Robert Lawrence Lowder, a/k/a Robert L. Lowder died on the 4th day of December, 2020, at Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska; leaving William Morris Lowder and Pamela Lee Cougill as his sole heirs and distributees.
That on the 8th day of March, 2021, William Morris Lowder, an aforementioned heir, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s personal property and his interest in and to the following described real property located in Platte County, Wyoming, as follows:
Lot 30, Block 7, Black Mountain Village Filing
No.1, Town Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming
unto William Morris Lowder and Pamela Lee Cougill in equal undivided shares, share and share alike
That said Application has been set for hearing before the District Court, Platte County, 800 9th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming, 82201 at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of April, 2021, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
