REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Town of Wheatland is requesting bids for a single concrete pad for two pickleball courts. The pad shall be 64’x 68’ - 4” thick with a thickened edge. A vapor barrier will need to be installed and the slab shall have steel mesh or rebar reinforcements (no fiber) and will be placed on a well compacted 4-inch-thick road base material. The final court surface should slope between 0.83% (1:120) and 1.00% (1:100) and have a medium broom finish. The entire court should be sloped in one plane if possible. Pipe sleeves will be installed at time of pour to allow fencing to be removable. Project is contingent upon grant funding. If approved the concrete pad must be poured in late July or early August 2021. Bid shall include a cost break-out for all labor and materials. Bids will be accepted until March 31, 2021 at 3 p.m. Bids may be emailed to clerk@townofwheatlandwy.org or mailed to the Town of Wheatland 600 9th Street Wheatland, Wyoming 82201.
