NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR TAX DEED
On July 14, 2015, Vanmark Resources purchased the following real property for 2014 delinquent taxes: TOWN OF WHEATLAND, ORIGINAL TOWN, BLOCK 115, LOT 8 also known as; 604 14TH ST. Wheatland, in Platte County WY. The property was taxed in the name of GIACOBAZZI MARVIN & CINDY. The present owner is GIACOBAZZI MARVIN & CINDY. There are no special assessments. The time for redemption will expire May 26, 2021. Take notice that Vanmark Resources will apply for a tax deed on or after May 26, 2021.
This notice is sent pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 39-13-107 and 39-13-108.
